There has been no stock provided to any QLD or NSW based wholesale or retail Franchisees/Distributors. The report of southern NSW is GROCERY only supplied through our Victorian based supply chain. There is no risk to any stock that all NSW and QLD route customers have been provided. ... If you have any customers with any questions, please reassure them that this issue is confined to Victorian production. 10.01.2022 Thank you everyone for all your enquiries and orders. We have had an overwhelming response to our post on Monday. The post has reached over 44,000 people and shared over 400 times. I've answers around 600 odd emails and no idea how many phone enquiries. I am unable to go through every shared post so if you would like a pricelist please send me a private message or email me at [email protected] To answer a few questions:... We are still delivering - we are classed as an essential service and will continue delivering through-out any closures. We do not have face-to-face contact with our house customers which makes it safe for our drivers to continue. We have hand sanitiser, gloves and also disinfectant in the trucks - your safety and ours is our priority. With the increased demand across all depots in South East Queensland our order cut off times for Monday have changed to the depot. All orders or changes for Monday delivery must be in by 1pm Friday, this includes bakery goods. Homestyle have temporarily put a hold on the Health & Well Being production until production can cope with demand. This is the Chia, Low-Carb, Light Rye and Grain Fusion bread all other products are still being made as usual. We hope you and your families stay well during these very uncertain times. A little about us... our company is One Bake Pty Ltd, we own the Pauls Home Delivery franchise for the Ipswich area. We live local in Karalee and employ two full t...ime and one part time drivers. We've owned the franchise for almost 5 years and deliver to around 300 houses and 50 businesses on a weekly basis. We have four new customers who will be receiving their first orders on Tuesday and one customer who received their order last Friday. 03.01.2022 Realibity is everything! One of our milk trucks refrigeration units died on us earlier in the week Being an older unit parts are hard to get but with Bajair on our team we had nothing to worry about ... They were able to source parts and modified them to get us back on the road! Our customers depend on us to get their dairy products to them on time and ice cold and we can get this done every time with the quality work from Bajair. Thanks guys!
