24.01.2022 Just completed a main sewer and cold water re route following a land subdivision in Morphett vale.ATO inspected and checked to follow Torrens title requirements.Signed off after a few changes and tweaks, Works include: -re routing approx 20meters of 100mm main sewer waste and connecting into government inspection point that was nearly 2 meters deep,and within new fence boundary, -re routing cold mains from a new water meter location in front yard, -Re instating 10 x fence pos...ts and panels, -leaving worksite tidy as possible. 24.01.2022 Replaced a couple of vanity units for a customer this weekend.Looks a little bit more modern and fresh.one of them was water damaged.

15.01.2022 I've just completed a main bathroom reno in Flaggstaff Hill. Works included: -Removing,bath,old vanity,shower and base tray,removing all floor,wall tiles, -re screeding part floor,altering shower waste and repairing large hole in floor,... -installed a niche in shower alcove,waterproofing,retiling floor and walls, -installing new vanity,shower screen, -painting top half of walls and ceiling to finish. Thanks to sea to sky electrical for installing new above cupboard light and replacing some switches,Bathrooms by design for 1500mm vanity and mirrored wall cabinets,Highgrove bathrooms for frameless shower screen,tapware,stone bench top,chrome towel rails,Tiles from national tiles.

11.01.2022 I've just installed 2 x toilet suits with 2 x bidet shower sprays.I had to run a seperate cold water line with an 15mm RPZ installed to be compliant with backflow prevention standards.This RPZ valve has to be serviced and checked every 12 months.

09.01.2022 Laundry room reno completed. Works include: -Demolition works and prep, -1st fix plumbing,taps from in wall to under sink and for a mixer tap,... -I had a go at re painting the laundry cupboards from a cream to a nice gloss white colour with an oil based pime and top coat.it tuned our rather well.I also replaced the cupboard handles, -I replaced the bench top and re used customer stainless steel sink with a new mixer tap, -Retiled floor and splash back. -electrical works completed by Lindon Gregory electrical See more

08.01.2022 Ensuite bathroom reno I have completed in Flagstaff Hill. I could have built another bathroom with all the bricks I pulled out from old bath!!!
