07.01.2022 Ginger honey is great for making ginger honey soy salmon! Video and recipe below Check out our ginger honey variation that comprises of 40% ginger pieces and 60% organic honey. Available for purchase at: Paulshoney.com ... Recipe: Ingredients: 1 large fillet of salmon (around 130g) Marinade: 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 teaspoon of sesame oil 1 tablespoon of Paul's Healthy ginger honey 1 teaspoon of Olive oil or oil spray. Marinade for 5-10minutes or longer if you have time. On a medium flame heat a pan, add oil and then add the salmon skin side down. Cook for about 5 minutes or until skin is crispy then flip and cook for around southern 4 minutes (depends on the thickness of the piece of salmon and how you like your salmon cooked)! Serve with salad and baked potatoes. So healthy and delicious

03.01.2022 Paul's healthy apple and cinnamon muffin recipe Ingredients: 1 apple peeled and cut into 1cm cubes 1 cup of wholemeal flour... 1/4 cup almond meal 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoons of Paul's Healthy Cinnamon honey 1 tablespoon spoon of cinnamon 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup milk 2 tablespoons of olive oil Method: Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. In a large bowl add all the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients and mix well until an even wet mixture forms. Add into patty pans (makes 6) bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and firm. The perfect healthy winter warmer goes well with steaming hot tea
