22.01.2022 Here at Pauls Mechanical. Preventive Maintenance is one of our businesses core principles. In the first photo ,it shows the negative cable from the battery routed under the battery clamp and touching the positive side of the battery. If the insulation around the negative cable was to wear thru and the bare wires made contact with the positive battery terminal. The end result would be a minimum of a complete re-wire, to worst case machine right off or personal injury. The seco...nd photo shows the insulation at the point were it was touching the positive terminal. Clearly showing damage to the insulation. Gee wiz how long would it have been before total insulation failure.....I hazard to guess. Bottom line folks . Be careful, Use a reputable service provider. A few dollars well spent is cheap insurance. PS . $12,000 loss on above mentioned machine if it had gone up in flames. See more

20.01.2022 This is a story of a little bike that thought it wanted to become a submarine,,,bottom line is "it didnt know how to swim"...anyway cutomer was very lucky that the engine didnt hydraulic itself...just water damage, and some wiring to sort out
