24.01.2022 Toilet room reno completed in Flagstaff Hill. Toilet suite,mini freestanding vanity and mixer tap,chrome fittings from Highgrove bathrooms,Tiles from national tiles.

24.01.2022 A Bathroom & toilet room reno I completed in St George's.Made good use of a smaller size bathroom by getting rid of the shower alcove and put in a nice bath with an over shower.Managed to get a smart double bowl wall hung vanity unit in.Underfloor waste pipework changed from old metal to pvc and hot/cold pipework altered in wall.All tiling completed by myself for a more cleaner but classical look.

23.01.2022 Just completed a main sewer and cold water re route following a land subdivision in Morphett vale.ATO inspected and checked to follow Torrens title requirements.Signed off after a few changes and tweaks, Works include: -re routing approx 20meters of 100mm main sewer waste and connecting into government inspection point that was nearly 2 meters deep,and within new fence boundary, -re routing cold mains from a new water meter location in front yard, -Re instating 10 x fence pos...ts and panels, -leaving worksite tidy as possible. 22.01.2022 Replaced a couple of vanity units for a customer this weekend.Looks a little bit more modern and fresh.one of them was water damaged.

19.01.2022 Completion of project laundy,toilet room and hallway in Aberfoyle Park. I'm a big fan of these wood effect tiles,natural,modern and light but used a subway tile on splash back and low level upstand to give a classic look.

18.01.2022 Ensuite bathroom reno I have completed in Flagstaff Hill. I could have built another bathroom with all the bricks I pulled out from old bath!!! Works include: -Demo and 1st fix plumbing,... -walls reinstated to include a niche in the shower -waterproofing and re tiling all walls and floor -Second fix and shower screen installation -painting ceiling,top half of walls. ALL products sourced from Highgrove Bathrooms,Mile end to include their Eden chrome fitting range,Ollie rimless toilet,Como wood effect 900mm vanity x 2,beveled edge 1200x 1800 Mirror,stone bench top and bench top mount basin,Xion 1500mm freestanding bath,1 meter x 1 meter frameless shower screen,All tiles from National tiles.

17.01.2022 Laundry room reno completed. Works include: -Demolition works and prep, -1st fix plumbing,taps from in wall to under sink and for a mixer tap,... -I had a go at re painting the laundry cupboards from a cream to a nice gloss white colour with an oil based pime and top coat.it tuned our rather well.I also replaced the cupboard handles, -I replaced the bench top and re used customer stainless steel sink with a new mixer tap, -Retiled floor and splash back. -electrical works completed by Lindon Gregory electrical See more

16.01.2022 Completed an ensuite reno in Flagstaff a Hill.To include first fix plumbing,waterproofing,wall,subway style and floor tiling,to include the addition of a niche in the shower,2nd fix and shower screen install.This job went very well as I got well looked after by the customer with home made scones,coffee on tap and a few treats from a local bakery to keep me going,much appreciated

14.01.2022 I've just installed 2 x toilet suits with 2 x bidet shower sprays.I had to run a seperate cold water line with an 15mm RPZ installed to be compliant with backflow prevention standards.This RPZ valve has to be serviced and checked every 12 months.

Works included: -Removing,bath,old vanity,shower and base tray,removing all floor,wall tiles, -re screeding part floor,altering shower waste and repairing large hole in floor,... -installed a niche in shower alcove,waterproofing,retiling floor and walls, -installing new vanity,shower screen, -painting top half of walls and ceiling to finish. Thanks to sea to sky electrical for installing new above cupboard light and replacing some switches,Bathrooms by design for 1500mm vanity and mirrored wall cabinets,Highgrove bathrooms for frameless shower screen,tapware,stone bench top,chrome towel rails,Tiles from national tiles.

14.01.2022 Removal and decommissioning of 2 x old gas wall furnaces.Re gyprocked,flushed and started to re paint walls.you wouldn't even know they were there,almost!!!

13.01.2022 I've just completed this bathroom tile in Belair. Works included: -Re screeding floor,waterproofing floor and walls - Tilling the floor with hexagon style floor tiles, -Tiling the walls with a blue 100mm x 300mm wall tile in herringbone style and off a bulk head ceiling... -Grouting and silicone sealing to complete I enjoyed this job as it gave me more of a challenge and I had to lay out the herringbone wall tiles on a template on the floor to get accurate cuts. (Sorry,the pictures are not that Great and don't do the job any justice as the customer has yet to have new lighting installed.I will add at a later date!!)

11.01.2022 Finished project of a toilet room upgrade at Cleanaway depot in Lonsdale.I have made this room a lot more functional for the staff there now and given it a bit of a tidy up. -Works included first fix underfloor plumbing and cold pipework alteration, -Installing 2 x new toilet suits, -Installing a new stainless steel wash trough and Tiling the splash back, -Building 2 new cubicles and doors,... -re painting all the walls See more

10.01.2022 Just a little Saturday job in a local kindy. Replaced the Toilet cisterns and painted behind them,replaced the toilet seats and the corroded cold isolation taps.Looks a lot nicer in the kids toilet room now.

06.01.2022 Project pantry this week!!Something a little different from me. Built this stud frame,gyprocked the walls,installed the cornice,door and door frame,installed the internal shelving and painted walls and door frame.Had a little help from Dan-sea to sky electrical to install the downlight and switch.

04.01.2022 I have just replaced an old louvre window for a more secure aluminium white coloured window with a built in fly screen.
