06.01.2022 Some serious truth is this quote.

06.01.2022 DON’T FEAR, GET INFORMED, SUPPORT YOUR OWN IMMUNE SYSTEM NOW, NOT LATER. In light of the current events surrounding COVID-19, your health remains our number one priority. As such we ask anyone who is feeling unwell to self isolate if they aren’t feeling well, to ensure that we don’t put any other patients, practitioners or staff members at risk of infection. * We ask that you don’t attend the clinic if you currently have a respiratory illness or fever, or if you... fit the recent Government criteria for self isolation. * Rest assured, we have increased our hygiene practices in the studio and clinic spaces, sanitising tables, headpieces and chairs between each patient. * If you attend a yoga class, we have reduced our class sizes to a maximum of 8 people and ask that you bring your own mat if you have one. Otherwise there will be mats available which will be sanitised before and after the class. * It is important throughout this crazy time to ensure that you take time to support your own immune system. It is now well established that psychological stress can downregulate the cellular immune response. Fear, stimulates the stress response in the body, which in turn down effects our immune system. Here are some helpful tips: Check in with government websites, but steer clear of checking the news every 5 minutes. Keep your body moving, walk the dog, go for walk, an ocean swim. Keep hydrated. Instead of hoarding canned spaghetti, cereals and biscuits, all void of proper quality nutrients, nourish your body with vegetables, fruit, good quality fats. Phone your friends and family, check in to see how they’re traveling, support each other. Take some time out for yourself, meditate, draw, sing, dance, play! ---------- Rozlog, L.A., KiecoltGlaser, J.K., Marucha, P.T., Sheridan, J.F. and Glaser, R.
