Here’s a little taste of what we have planned Treat dad to some delicious low & slow food this Father’s Day- as well as our regular menu we will also be doing a Sunday family favourite, the lamb roast. Marinated and slow roasted boneless lamb shoulder, roast potatoes, veggies, coleslaw & gravy, with BBQ chicken wings to start! We are very excited to be opening our doors for seated dining and we’ve tweaked our menu to give you more of... the food you loved the first time around. Pav’s will be definitely be open from Monday the 2nd of November for dinner and all day on Cup day. Depending on announcements made this Sunday we may be open next week! We are making our lovely balcony as weather proof as possible, installing a new roof and heating, enabling the maximum capacity of 50 to be seated in comfort. 07.01.2022 It's a low & slow kind of weekend!! Here's a quick glimpse into the process of cooking our succulent tomahawk steak. We start with O'Connor grass fed, dry aged beef from Gippsland. It is then coated with the magnificent Hardcore Carnivore dry rub, to give it that little something! Now it's into our Yoder Cimarron smoker for around 90 minutes at 135 degrees. Low & slow cooking keeps the meat tender and moist, so you get the steak in all its glory! To finish it's onto the grill for a short time to give it a brilliant char on the outside.
