15.01.2022 To my valued and loyal clients, today (26th March) is my last day of business until my return to work (hopefully) on Tuesday 14th April. As some of you may know, I had a much-anticipated family holiday booked in Bali, which I hope we can still take at a later date. Since the holidays are already organised, and now my kids are home too, I will still be taking my scheduled leave to self-isolate. I know many of you will being going through some tough times at the moment, and for that I am very sorry and really hope that things improve quickly. I hope to see everyone happy and healthy on my return to work after Easter. Have a happy and safe Easter everyone and enjoy your time at home with your family and furbabies!

13.01.2022 I would really like to say a big, heartfelt thank you to all my loyal customers who have continued to support my business throughout the recent covid-19 isolation period. I had my 3 primary aged kids at home for over 6 weeks of homeschooling, which was trying at times (to say the least!). A lot of people had to bring their dogs to my home for me to be able to groom them during this period, and I had to reschedule a lot of pre-booked appointments. Everyone was so understanding and helpful in being able to do work around these issues, and for that I am forever greatful

06.01.2022 Hi All! I hope everyone is staying well and happy. This week I return to work. However, I will need to implement some temporary changes to my hours due to having to be at home with my 3 primary school aged children. There will also be some changes to the way I operate to incorporate social distancing and sanitisation measures. I will be working a full day Saturdays and also a few dogs from home during the week. I have also attached a photo of a statement issued on ch7 news r...ecently, this may come in useful if you are pulled over by authorities on your way to a dog grooming appointment. I will also send this in a text message to all clients who need to visit my home for appointments. I will be contacting each of my pre-booked clients individually to discuss your upcoming booking each week.
