21.01.2022 Cheddars last day with us...we are going to miss him. Out for a walk this morning, a play with Drake and Baci, followed by a snooze. I think he will be very excited to see his family this afternoon. Thankyou for staying with us Cheddar, you are adorable.

20.01.2022 Paw Goodness Sake just had our 3rd private training session with heartbreaker "Kieran" the groodle . Kieran is 10 weeks old and not only adorable but very smart too. Kieran is developing his skills at sit, drop, focus, walking on a loose lead and recalling. His family are very commited to giving Kieran a great foundation for all future training by starting at 8 weeks. In this critical period of a dogs life from around 8weeks to 14weeks, what a dog learns or experiences (good or bad) is very hard to "unlearn". So this is why its so important to start training/socialisation from the moment they become apart of your family. Looking forward to next weeks training session. Dont forget to do your Fun work (its not homework its Funwork!) at home during the week! Practise and consistency is the key

13.01.2022 Fireworks are generally very frightening for most animals. Please prepare now for tonights display, especially if you are not able to be home with them. Preparing early will help keep your pets as calm & safe as possible. We want to avoid our pets panicking , hurting themselves, escaping your home , getting lost or worse.

12.01.2022 Paw Goodness Sake its the first day of Spring! Wishing you all a warm spot in the sunshine somewhere today. Day light savings is on its way....lots more time to get out and about with our best friends. Yippee!

11.01.2022 When you have found your purpose, its like your heart has been set alight with passion. You know it absolutey, without any doubt......This is how I feel about working with dogs. It makes my heart happy.

09.01.2022 Yes, it is..wouldnt you agree?

09.01.2022 Amazing day minding this beautiful 4month old puppy, Cheddar. Started with a walk, concentrating on rewarding for a loose lead, abit of environmental socialisation at the local shopping centre, followed by a play with Drake the Japanese Spitz who lives next door. A sleep in the afternoon and then off to footy training to hang out with the under 12s. Footballs, bright lights, lots of excited running kids, new smells and a walk at nighttime. What an adventure its been.

09.01.2022 These walm balmy nights are just perfect for getting to one of Melbournes fabulous dog beaches. We had a magic night last week at Brighton Dog Beach. Pure joy for our four legged friends. The bonus is, you also get to meet so many other dog loving people and enjoy watching your best friends bound, splash and play together.

08.01.2022 Congratulations to all the staff and students at Gleneagles Secondary College for all the effort that went onto organising "Pets Day Out". Rowena & Di Tosca fro...m Paw Goodness Sake had a wonderful time judging the Best Dog Trick and also getting Baci, Hercules and Buddah to do a few tricks for the crowd. 07.01.2022 It has been an absolute joy spending time with this wonderful family over the last 4 weeks. Bimali, Dan and Dee, you are so dedicated and commited to giving Kieran the best start in life possible and are able to clearly see the importance of discussing and agreeing on your criteria for Kieran as a family and then being consistent with it together, from the beginning. Kieran is just adorable and will definately have beautiful manners to go with his good looks. Thank you for entrusting Paw Goodness Sake with your training needs. It has been an absolute pleasure and abit of fun along the way too. Keep in touch!

04.01.2022 Today we visited a friend and her Rotti Rocky. We went to a local reserve for some off leash playtime. There was lots of chasing and frollicking in muddy puddles (dogs were SO deleriously happy it was gorgeous to watch) , a swim in the stream to retrieve sticks (Baci only) while the other two stayed on the bank and tried to nick the stick when he got to the waters edge (thats cheating guys!!!) & we finished off with some obedience training. In the afternoon Drake Pritspitz the next door neighbours dog came for a play and the fun started all over again. Cheddar is learning to sit calmly before being allowed to go through doors and he is a very fast learner, beautiful boy x

03.01.2022 Cheddar came along to the football today to su-paw-t the Under 12s Eagles. Lots of people at the ground, cheering and moving about, car horns , footy sirens and umpires whistles blowing. Cheddar was fascinated by it all and took it all in his stride. A few of the parents took him for little walks, he was very calm and loved meeting all of the different people. Big day out for our 4 months old :-)
