12.01.2022 At Pet and Aquarium Warehouse, we pride ourselves on being responsible members of the community. In these trying times, we will be doing everything we can to promote the health of every member of the entire community especially those individuals who fall in the ‘vulnerable’ category. We have a number of these individuals who attend the shop regularly and we need to protect them as best we can. We also have a responsibility to our shop staff to protect their safety. Hence..., the following regulations will be put into place, and we ask all customers to follow them when they come into the store*: - Remaining 2 metres away from each customer - Remaining 2 metres away from each of the PAW retail assistants. Please keep behind the crosses marked on the floor when receiving service. - When lining up, please stand on the allocated ‘crosses’ on the floor. These are 2 metres away from each other and will promote customer safety. *We reserve the right to refuse service/ask those customers who don’t play by the rules to leave.
