18.01.2022 *DEPENDING ON THE NEXT 24 HOURS* We are allowed to open back up on Friday 4th June!* Following the new restrictions in place, everyone entering our store MUST sign in with the QR code on our door before entering and be wearing a face mask when you come in. Please come straight over to the desk as we also now need to see you ID due to new government rules. ... Please don't try and call us on the phone as we will be super busy for a little while, but do feel free to send us a message and we will get back to you when we have the chance. For anyone who does not have an appointment we ask that you be patient with us as we are now fully booked for Full Grooms right through till mid July, we will try and fit you in as soon as possible but that may not be for a while. We do still have spots for Washes, Groom Outs and Mini Grooms (except for poodles) from Wednesday 16th June onwards! Thank you for your patience and understanding. It is greatly appreciated. 05.01.2022 PLEASE LEAVE THEM IN THE SHOPS The vast majority of these rawhide products and treats come from China. Their journey starts with the hides being soaked in a toxic sodium sulphide to remove the hair and fat. More chemicals are used in order to split the hide into layers which is then washed with hydrogen peroxide to give the white "pure" look and remove the rancid smell. ... Now comes the pretty festive colours and the glue to form cute shapes. They regularly cause intestinal blockages and choking. The chews go slippery when wet and are near impossible to get hold of to save a choking dog. Please be safe with your dogs!

Any dogs booked in from Monday 15th of February to Wednesday 17th of February will need to reschedule. My deepest apologies but unfortunately not much we can do about the situation at this stage. ...
