23.01.2022 The Couch Guardian @hello.ollie1 showed us whos the boss of his house as he guarded his couch with all his might (and cuddles). Again I couldnt decide between colour and B&W, something that seems to be a reoccurring theme but alas heres both! 22.01.2022 A #tbt to wayyyyy back to before I even knew what a camera was. Back in simpler times as I just chilled out with my peacock buddies in South Africa. Ive just finished up writing all about my history with animals and how three stray cats and a box of kittens led me to starting Paw Pics as it stands today. 22.01.2022 The look of love... and hope for food Panda continued to be so very comfortable in front of the camera, here she was giving her mother a look of adoration as she was holding food. 21.01.2022 The omnipresent eye of cat Introducing panda, quite possibly the most relaxed cat Ive ever had the chance to meet. When I walked into the house she took cover behind the couch for a minute or two then proceeded to relax completely for the rest of the shoot. This gave me the first opportunity in a long time to get a closeup shot using some extension tubes that have been gathering dust in my camera bag. 20.01.2022 Entering into adorableness overdrive with the #christmascavoodle Baileys Christmas mini shoot! After being initially cautious of the mysterious light up snake on the couch, Bailey ended up being the perfect little festive model! 20.01.2022 Introducing you to the dog that made me want to get a cocker spaniel @claudethecockerspaniel. Quite possibly the most friendly dog in existence as he revelled at each and every opportunity to say a very enthusiastic hello to each and every creature who passed by (and raised $10 for the bushfire appeal!). Im very excited to post the rest of the photos we got (hint hint for a future post, Claudes ears looked incredibly fabulous in his action shots). Claudes shoot raised mone...y for the Wildlife Victoria bushfire appeal which has been the first step to reaching our $300 goal. All profits for all photoshoots are now being donated to help animal shelters that are currently struggling with the mass influx of injured animals. 20.01.2022 Having finally gotten outside into the lovely garden, Elvis decided that he would much rather the concrete floor of the side of the house instead of the greenery of the garden. Thus ensued some cramped group photos trying to fit everyone in the small space in between garden tools and the hot water system. Before I posted the group photos though, I couldnt go past this one of Elvis playing whilst making sure mum didnt come and swoop him into her arms! 17.01.2022 The Lap Sorcerer Introducing the incredible @sorenmooneyes, perhaps one of the most incredible animals Ive had the pleasure of working with. Soren was rescued from a storm drain, blind and arthritic. He was given a temporary home with his lovely owner who at the time was not a self proclaimed cat lover, but something about this grumpy old little sorcerer connected with her and thus she began her transformation into a proper certified cat lady. 16.01.2022 The skies are more blue when the dog cant see you We ventured out of Pandas favourite bedroom into another which had a window looking out into the backyard. Unfortunately for Panda in this yard was her dog brother. To add to this misfortune he is very friendly and likes to say hello to all. This photo features Panda relishing a small moment in which her brother had been distracted by a bird flying by with a look of hope in her little eye. 15.01.2022 The Kangaroo Cat The name Panda turned out to be misleading as she somehow managed to morph into a little sideways kangaroo using only her paws. This really gave her the opportunity to showcase her talent of being adorable in more than one form of animal

15.01.2022 I couldnt decide which version I liked more so I had to upload both. Elvis took us down to the side of the house, assumably to get his washing but none the less we worked around his schedule! It led us to getting this rather unique family portrait in and amongst utilities and spare chairs where Elvis still managed to flaunt his beauty. Which do you prefer B&W or Colour? 13.01.2022 Thine Red Playful Thingy Doth Not Interest Me Human I was introduced to Pandas secret favourite toy. In a great cat fashion this was not a fancy specially designed toy, nope just a piece of red fabric. The catch is that she will only ever play with it while nobody is watching. Only a lucky few souls have witnessed the rare occasion and unfortunately this was not to be me. Instead it just served as a nice splash of colour in this photo. 13.01.2022 Finally got a good photo of me with Dim after many many failed attempts of me running back and forward with the camera on a timer. Trying to get him to look at the camera while not being behind it is always interesting but I figured his favourite, the ol ear scratch would do just as well for a good photo. In the end I was very happy to finally have a nice photo of us together that doesnt feature him eating food.

12.01.2022 The Tiring Side of Stardom Again I couldnt decide on whether B&W or colour suited this photo better so naturally I went with both. B&W looked like the treasured old photo in the family photobook but in colour it reminded me of the final shot of a wholesome family movie where everything is once again good in the world. Either way Claude was naturally the centrepiece of the photo as all were adoring his tired little face. ENDING SOON!!!
