Winter in Southeast Queensland is my absolute favourite time of the year, nice warm sunshine filled days, stunning sunsets and cooler night time temperatures make it the pawfect time of the year is so many ways. Winter is a great time of the year to photograph your pets, it's not to hot, and the weather is more stable at this time of the year.... With Covid19, we have been unable to take any bookings for the past few months, however it is all looking positive to begin taking bookings for June/July/August 2020. 21.01.2022 RIP ANNABELLE On Saturday the 21st November 2020, another beautiful soul said her final goodbyes and crossed peacefully over the rainbow bridge. Her name was Annabelle. Annabelle was a gorgeous 14 Year old Golden Retriever that was everything to her Dad, Mum and canine brother Schooner. To say that my heart was shattered when I heard the news was an understatement, I have know Miss Annabelle for a number of years now and fell more and more in love with this beautiful old girl every time I seen her. 20.01.2022 I did a photoshoot yesterday afternoon and I have to say it brightened my entire week. I knew going in to the photoshoot that I was going to meet an special little guy, but I had no idea how inspiring this little guys outlook on life would be. Freddie is not your orindary Foxy x Jack Russell. You see Freddie has no eyes and in true canine fashion he has not let that stop him doing the thing he loves most - in Freddie's case Playing football. I think in this crazy world we all need to be a little like Freddie This little guy has definately got some pretty awesome ball skills. A sneak peak from Freddie's photoshoot will follow shortly
20.01.2022 RIP Louie On Saturday 18/07/2020 another beautiful soul crossed the rainbow bridge, his name was Louie and he was 14 years old. I first met the gorgeous Louie back in 2018 when him and his fur brother DJ had a photoshoot together. Rest in Peace little man, you will be remembered forever by all those that met you ... Let me introduce you to the super spunky, chicken loving senior boy - Simba Simba was my first photo session back after isolation and I couldn't have picked a better little guy to remind me of the fun I had been missing. Age was not going to hold Simba back from enjoying every moment of his shoot, he posed up a storm, played ball with dad and enjoyed every treat he was offered.... This handsome boy is 10 years young - he LOVES LOVES LOVES to hang out at the beach, so his Mum and Dad thought it would be the pawfect location to capture some memories together. 06.01.2022 SNEAK PEAK My heart skipped a beat when I met sweet little Rosie last Friday. Rosie is a 12 year young Mini Dashshund. Rosie had a fabulous afternoon, playing in the sunshine, getting heaps of cuddles with her dad and sister and munching on some super yummy roast chicken. One might say it was a pawsitively pawfect finish to the week!!... Senior dogs always make my heart sing, they have a wisdom that only comes with age, yet still know how to show their inner puppy. 06.01.2022 Freddie The Footballing FoxyJack - Earlier Today I posted a video of the super awesome Freddie. Just to recap - Freddie is a 7 year old Mini Foxy Cross Jack Russell who due to disease lost both eyes, the first when he was 5 years and the second only last year. But Freddie didn't give up on life, he was determined to still do the thing he loves most and that is racing around the park playing football with his best mate and brother Batman, with his sweet big sister Ruby o...n the sidelines. the speed in which Freddie moves the ball through the park is incredible - this little guy can do some pretty tricky moves. I knew when I jumped in my car yesterday to head to the photoshoot that I was about to meet a remarkable little dog, but I had no idea just how extraordinary and resilient this little guy is, He truly brightened my whole week. But it didn't end there, I also got to hang out with Batman which is Freddie's brother and best mate - this little guy was such a character and just loved to sit and pose for the camera but thats not all I also got to hang out with his big sister Ruby, who only came into their wonderful family mid last year at the age of 13 years and completely blind. I fell instantly in LOVE with all three. To say it was a wonderful afternoon would be an understatement, these three little sweethearts made my heart sing I can't wait to show their Mums the images we captured.
06.01.2022 I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their continued support through 2020. It has been a year filled with both laughter and tears, but our fur friends have been by our side making life brighter. There have been a number of beautiful souls cross the rainbow bridge this year and I would like to take a minute to remember them Louie Spazzy... Annabelle Max (labrador) Max (Staffy) Rosie RIP - YOU WILL BE LOVED AND REMEMBERED FOREVER ETERNITY The snow might not be falling - not in Qld anyway but I know everyone will be having fun this Christmas. Please stay safe this Christmas and enjoy time with family and friends. I look forward to seeing you all again in 2021
05.01.2022 It has been a pretty stressful few days at the Paw Prints Office. Dudley (head chef, chief taste tester) known by all our beautiful fur clients for his super yummy home made cookies has had surgery overnight and is currently in ICU, we are expecting a full recovery, but I wanted to let all my wonderful clients know there is a possibility that I may take little longer answering any enquiries over the next few days. This is my gorgeous boy snoozing the morning away in his ICU bed. The staff at Animal Emergency ServiceHQ have been amazing and I can't thank them enough for all the loving care they have given my beautiful boy overnight. Also the gorgeous staff at Pet ICU who have now taken over his care.
