23.01.2022 Introducing our newest walker Loki! This beautiful boy is a rescue pup from the amazing team at Top End Rehoming Group Inc Loki has awesome devoted owners! They have gotten in early to start training with Kristy at Mind Your Paws... Loki walks beautifully on lead. No pulling, no racing ahead of you. He really takes his time to stop and smell all the great scents the bush has to offer. How adorable are his ears!

23.01.2022 There are so many benefits to adopting an older dog What you see is what you get! An older dog holds no surprises to how big it may get, hidden health problems or a personality that doesn’t suit you and your family. Senior dogs are past their destructive phase. You won’t need to worry about finding your favourite pair of shoes or table leg chewed!... You can certainly teach an old dog new tricks! Check out the Top End Rehoming Group Inc page and see what Nessie has recently learnt! People who adopt (and especially older animals) feel a special sense of pride and purpose in opening their heart to a hard-to-place pet. Doing a good thing really does make you feel good! Can you offer a loving for Nessie to live out her remainder years?

20.01.2022 Say a big hello to Snoopy and MJ! I’ve know Snoopy since he was a pup he’s now 4 years old! Still just as cute! MJ is his new best friend. 17.01.2022 Send positive thoughts for Bruno! This beautiful boy (the sweetest and kindest Rottweiler) has been diagnosed with osteosarcoma (bone cancer) which has started in his leg. Heartbreaking to know Bruno will pass away... however he is having his front leg amputated tomorrow to ease the pain and hopefully he will be able to go for walks again and live out the best life possible for his remaining months. ... Bruno is loved so very much by all who know him especially his mum who goes above and beyond for all her boys You’ve got this Bruno! You’ll be collecting random items on walks for your mum in no time!

02.01.2022 Body awareness is a great source of mental stimulation and enrichment. Abbey is a very energetic dog who loves a challenge. ... This week we found some items at the park to practice Abbey’s body awareness. (With the help of some tasty treats!) Abbey mastered two paws up very quickly. Give it a go next time you’re out and about with your dog. You can easily use your environment to build up your dogs balance.
