13.01.2022 To all my clients, I'm not sure why people think that dog groomers are any different to Doctors or Dentist and feel they can just not show to an appointment. It saddens me to have to implement this policy but people need to understand if you make an appointment keep it or contact me to reschedule - common courtesy, I believe!! This policy will take effect immediately. Cancellation/No Show Policy... Being a small business means that a missed appointment directly affects me. When clients skip their appointments, they inconvenience customers who may have wanted those slots and in turn cause financial losses for my business. I now request 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Whilst I understand that sometimes emergencies arise, a 50% (of service booked) fee will now apply if less than 24 hours notice is given which will be payable prior to rebooking. Multiple cancellations/no shows may result in refusal of service. Should you be running late to an appointment, please text or call me. To ensure everyone has a fantastic time at Paw2Clip, I may cancel your appointment should you be more than 15 minutes late with no contact. My cancellation fee will apply Kind regards Jodie

07.01.2022 Dear valued Clients, I have decided to adjust my work/life schedule from the 1st July 2021 and as a result same days bookings will no longer be available and as such I will not be taking on new clients. I will be working 7 days on and 7 days off, so advanced bookings are now essential. I would highly recommend rebooking after each appointment or booking in advance.... My online booking system will now reflect this change. I believe I will still be able to accommodate all my regular customers with this change.
