We are so grateful for all our loyal customers who have been supporting our business for the past 5 years, we would like to say 'thank you'. However, it really saddens us to see that there are so many persons who come to our shop just to steal. Below, we have a compilation of persons who we have caught stealing recentl...y: The first person in the first video picking up the ornaments denied putting anything on her. When we confronted the second person stealing a harness, he threatened to 'burn our shop'. And we had a person putting a pump in his jacket, one lady changing the price of an item, one stealing a collar and another a bottle of shampoo. These are only recent cases. Please help us share this so that other shops are aware when these persons visit their stores. And once again we are so very grateful to all our customers who have been supporting our small family business. See more

02.01.2022 Finally, we have some chew resistant dog beds in stock at both our stores. These are priced at an above average price point. The beds come with a 90 day cover warranty and if your dog rips it within this time frame, then the supplier in Penrith will send a replacement cover at no cost to you. I know that this is a very bold claim to make, knowing that some dogs are very tough chewers, however the manufacturer is confident that these beds will be able to handle them all, hence the 90 day cover warranty. Apart from being highly chew resistance, the covers are machine washable (unlimited washes) and also water resistant and extremely comfortable.

01.01.2022 We are really saddened to compile yet another video of people shoplifting from our store. We are saddened because, first of all, we trust eveyone who comes to our shop and, so to see certian persons breaching that trust by stealing is saddning. Secondly, we are saddened because a lot of these thefts are being done in 'partnerships', and even involving children. And finally, we are saddened because we do not know as to how many of the 'thefts' we are not able to catch, because... it is not practical for us to look at the camera all the time. As mentioned in Compliation 1, we are so thankful to all our customers for supporting our business for the past 5 years, we are only a small business, and so it really discourages us when people do this to us. The first clip in the video shows a man stealing an eye wash for dogs, second clip shows a lady taking out a dog muzzle from the packet and putting in her plastic bag and the man trying to sheild her from camera, third one shows a man stealing a dog collar, bit hessitant at first but he eventually tucks in his pants, forth clip shows a lady stooping to put a dog collar in her bag and the final one shows a father and son teaming up and the father tucks the collar in his pants.
