29.01.2022 At Paws & Relax we have oodles and oodles of Cavs. They have lots of energy and love to play with other dogs so day-care is a perfect outlet for these cuties. They also love to please so our day-care teaches have fun with teaching basic manners followed by cuddles. 19.01.2022 We love supporting other small businesses, especially those owned by our puppy parents so today Nads from Murphy May Studio came in to treat our staff to an eyebrow make over. Highly, highly recommend!

18.01.2022 We are so incredibly proud of this little girl! Due to previous bad experiences with other groomers, Penny was not a fan of having her feet and legs groomed and especially not nail clipping. But look how calm she is! For some time now, we have been working with Penny to ensure she feels comfortable and safe in the grooming salon, as regular grooms are a necessary part of a schnauzer’s life. We use soft, gentle, calming voices, ear massages, and peanut butter (licking is... a calming activity for dogs and one of Penny’s favourite treats) to make her feel more relaxed. You may notice that Penny is contentedly wearing a soft muzzle. This is not because she is trying to bite, but a safety measure in case she is spooked and turns suddenly towards the grooming equipment. Fear free grooming is the only way to groom. Well done Penny and the grooming team. See more

16.01.2022 Happy 6 year anniversary to our shining star Isabel Catt. We are so lucky to have you. I am 1 day late for my sappy post but what’s new with me being behind schedule ... 6 years ago I started at P&R as a volunteer, hoping to gain some experience in the industry and just pat a few dogs to be honest! Within a few weeks I was offered a job and have been a part of the furniture ever since I had no idea I was walking into the place that would soon become my second home I am so grateful to have been let in to all your dogs’ lives I hope you know I love them as much as my own, and they are pretty much all I ever talk about when I am not here Please appreciate this side by side of Boo and I, from my first day to now, 6 years older, (hopefully) 6 years wiser and with better eyebrows (me, not Boo she is perfect the way she is)
