11.01.2022 FROZEN YOGURT BLUEBERRY TREATS/ It's going to be a scorcher here in Melbourne tomorrow, so I've made Dice & Çiko some frozen treats to help keep them cool These are super quick & way too easy way to give your pet a little something that's deliciously healthy on a hot day & you can even share it with them Safe for both cats & dogs . You'll need... Blueberries (frozen is fine) Natural Greek yogurt... Flexible trays, I used ones for ice, but you can go all out with shapes Icing pipe, or spoon will work too . What to do... 1. Fill each space in the tray with yogurt using the icing pipe or spoon. I got impatient with the spoon & spotted the icing pipe on the bench, which made it so much quicker! 2. Depending on the size of each space in the tray, press a few blueberries into the yogurt, I used two for each. 3. Freeze & you're done! Simple. . You can mix the yogurt & blueberries prior to putting it in the trays, but I just gave the boys a taste test & I'm pretty sure they were happy with my easy option, still filled with so much love . 06.01.2022 If you follow my other account @limitlessfitnessandwellbeing, you might've seen I felt tired & heavy this morning, so used some Palo Santo to cleanse & heal for the day ahead. I'm conscious of how energy-based animals are, so since Çiko had gotten up out of bed to keep me company, I thought he could use a little healing too. He laid there, ever so still, inviting all the Palo Santo energy in. And he stayed in that spot, lovingly keeping an eye on me until I left the house ...It fills my heart that I'm able to share things like this with them & other animals . . .
