24.01.2022 Holly is the best girl. Waiting patiently for her forever home.

17.01.2022 We are looking for a very special home for Arlo. She is quite a catch with so much going for her we're sure she'll have a lot of prospects. Not even a year old yet and her manners are great. For a working breed mix she's lower energy and is happy with a daily walk and some playtime. Around the home she cheeky but knows the rules. Arlo loves a bit of luxury and insists on being the centre of her person's world. She'd prefer to be the only companion animal in the home and can be funny with some female dogs.

15.01.2022 Yoda here came to us with skin issues. His first owner abandoned him. His previous owner didn't have the time to invest in exploring the cause of his issues. All the while poor Yoda suffered. We took him in. The last couple of months we've treated his skin lesions and found the cause through allergy testing. We're now looking for a forever home for him. Yoda comes with his allergy report, medication and loads of info about his needs. We are waiving his adoption fee. Our as...k is for a safe and loving home for this gorgeous boy. Somewhere where he is kept safe indoors, fed food free from the allergens and medicated during any flare ups. Our other ask is if you can spread the word to help us find a great home for him. He's an awesome cat. Friendly, social, gentle, relaxed and affectionate. He deserves his own family who care about his health and happiness. See more

12.01.2022 Meet Didge. At around 6 years old he's come into our care for some behaviour management and to find a new home. He's a real character, a rough diamond, a typical Cattle Dog. Sorry no kids for this boy but he'd make an awesome best mate for someone experienced with the breed.

11.01.2022 Big mixed breed dogs are never very popular. Holly came to us from a smaller Victorian shelter having been up for adoption there for most of 2020. Even when people were saying there were no dogs available she was left waiting. So we took her to give her more exposure and a better chance at a forever home. She's an amazing girl and here's the proof. A dream on lead. So easy to walk. A devoted companion.

11.01.2022 Kevin had his jailbreak today. Little man was terrified in the pound but came good once he arrived at HQ. He's going to need some time in care to gain confidence so please no enquiries just yet. Welcome Kevin.

11.01.2022 UPDATE: APPLICATIONS CLOSED Darling young Violet has been waiting for us to make room for her. Today she finally joined us. Her first birthday is coming up (23rd January) so we're hoping to find her a forever home in time to celebrate. With a face like that it shouldn't take long. She's gorgeous.

11.01.2022 Holly Female Bull Arab Date of Birth: 25th December 2018... Adoption Fee: $500 Size: Medium - Large Microchip number: 956000007828491 Source Number: RE100027 Beautiful Holly is looking for a loving home where her people are keen to continue her training. She's young, friendly, social and strong which makes her a fantastic best mate who will get better with ongoing training. She would be happy in a family home but her size and strength make her unsuited to living with very young kids. Holly enjoys daily walks, plenty of time with her people and definitely wants to be allowed to sleep inside. She loves meeting new people and being where the action is. Although she can cope for periods of time alone she is not suited to a solitary life in a yard. Holly is toilet trained, walks nicely on lead with the aid of a halti and travels well in the car. She can be particular with what dogs she will socialise and is absolutely not suited to off lead dog parks. She would benefit from ongoing doggy socialisation under controlled conditions or with the aid of an experienced trainer. She is not recommended for a home with cats, chooks or other pocket pets.

08.01.2022 Please welcome our first rescue for the year. We've known Friday for a couple of years now as we've been supporting his previous owners with his care to avoid rehoming. Sadly they can't care for him any longer and so he was surrendered to us yesterday. He's a senior, at just under 12 years old and needs veterinary assessment and treatment before we find his forever home.

05.01.2022 A shady spot in the yard was the perfect place to take a break this afternoon but Holly beat me to it. She's still waiting for her forever home. Although she's safe in foster care we find it disheartening that we've had no interest in her. Pop over to our website for more info and to submit an enquiry for her. She's totally adorable.

05.01.2022 The only time she'll pose is when I'm photographing someone else. #adorableratbag
