13.01.2022 V19 is well underway now and from the looks of the vines it’s going to be some very tasteful wine!
11.01.2022 Lines have been marked out for the new machine shed at water tank. The new shed will store our old and weathered fergy tractor and next year will have a cellar installed. Won’t be long before you can drop by and grab a bottle or two!
10.01.2022 The most important thing to remember when tasting a good wine, is to let it touch the sides as it goes down. As a rule leave a gap between the bottle neck and your lips Hope you all have a great weekend!
04.01.2022 Shed and water tank pads have been completed thanks to Margaret River Rural Contractors. The conc will be done shortly and by Christmas we should have some where to store and work on the vineyard equipment. The vineyard is looking better every day thanks to everybody’s help
03.01.2022 We finally did it! Two years in the making, it’s taken a lot of hard work and generous help from others to get to this point. It makes it all the more worth while. Here’s the first glass of Payne Road wines Cabernet Sauvignon. Absolutely delicious!!!
