21.01.2022 This simple storm water point break had caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to stock and office equipment inside a factory. Trucks parking over the riser had pushed it into the barrel drain and cracked the lead off, allowing tree roots to infest the drain. After a quick little hand dig avoiding some assets it was easily repaired, supported sealed around the barrel penetration and the grass turfed back in neatly. We also later installed bollard posts for this client along the frontage to protect this area along with the water meter.

19.01.2022 A stunning bathroom on the Morning Peninsula designed by Raf Delmastro. We stripped out all the old plumbing, altered the location of the hydronic heating panel, moved points under the slab and roughed in all new hot and cold lines. It was a challenge working around a full length niche with the water coming from above but the results were clearly worth it.

18.01.2022 This ensuite was in the same Red Hill estate. Designed by Rafaella, it was hard to envision the finished product during the rough in stage but once that stunning wall hung vanity was up with all its symmetries everything came to life.

16.01.2022 This beautiful owner design bathroom with outdoor shower came up well. The wall hung vanity along with concealed cistern with matte pan made the space feel open. The full pane of glass let in ample light to make the smaller sized bathroom in this town house seem bright and open. It was a pleasure to work on a bathroom with an end product like this.

06.01.2022 The fit off stage of bathrooms like these are always rewarding. There’s many steps in each fixture that should never be over looked. Purging and removing aeration filters is a crucial one.

04.01.2022 The old water trough burst. Commonly caused by shallow inlet pipes and cattle rotating around a trough as they drink. It can start with an overflowing trough from a leaking float valve and softened ground. You’ve just got to rip your boots off and get into it - if you muck around trying to stay clean you are wasting your time. It’s not always the glory of flash bathroom make overs. We do all types of rural plumbing as well!
