23.01.2022 DONT FEAR MOVEMENTS, FEAR WEAKNESS! Our bodies have the ability to move in many different directions. We can flex, extend, rotate, laterally flex.... Spinal flexion isn’t bad. Spinal extension isn’t bad. What is BAD - is being weak when you are in those positions. What is BAD - is being weak under load in those positions. Master your technique, master your biomechanics and you will be STRONG!



14.01.2022 FAT LOSS RATES . Are you dieting to hard? Or to slow? The ultimate aim of a fat loss journey is to drop body fat whilst maintaining or increasing lean body mass (LBM).... Large calorie deficits risk LBM loss. Small calorie deficits sometimes aren’t enough to achieve a desired result in a specific amount of time. So how do you know if your calorie deficit is the right size? Track your intake consistently for 7-14 days and gather data on your weight changes. The sweet spot is 1% of BODY WEIGHT PER WEEK. This is ensuring you are losing fat but not sacrificing that hard earned muscle in the process. If you’re losing more - increase your intake slightly. If you’re losing less, increase your expenditure or decrease your intake!

06.01.2022 all they want is your time and your presence. that’s the way to your child’s heart. it’s hard to slow down sometimes when you’re stuck in the grind of trying to provide and give everything you can to your family - but Ava constantly reminds me that all she needs is my time and my presence.... parenting is challenging and a constant learning curve, and any parent knows we don’t get it right 100% of the time. But all that matters and all they care about is that you continue to show up for them every moment you can
