If you were to compare several different ‘white’ samples, you will notice that each has a slightly different undertone. 11.01.2022 A question often posed by our customers is which is better: laminate or stone benchtops (such as Caesarstone)? And the answer is ... BOTH! As laminate is less expensive, it is often perceived as the inferior to engineered stone; however, the technology and material used in manufacturing laminate benchtops has developed significantly in recent years and the laminate benchtops that are available today are highly durable and versatile.... Having said that, engineered stone benchtops will always be a beautiful and timeless option. So to answer the question of which is better, it is really up to the individual preferences of the buyer, their budget, and the overall style of their kitchen. To help with the decision, we have prepared some report cards which highlight the strengths and weaknesses of both options.
