24.01.2022 Join Charlotte next Thursday at 5.30pm at the YMCA for a 30minute GroupRX AXIS class. The focus is on your foundation- the core. AXIS creates stability from the axis, or the middle of your body, the basis of all movement, then layers mobility, strength and power. Charlotte has also encorparted pelvic floor strengthening and alternatives for those with pelvic floor weakness! $10 for casual attendance or free for members!



24.01.2022 2 ingredient pancakes. 1 mashed banana and 2 eggs. Whisk and cook in coconut oil. And your favourite toppings or eat on its own! I added baking powder to get a fluffy consistency.

I recommend preparing large snap lock bags of your favourite veggie soups and juices and placing them in the freezer to have them on hand to boost your families immunise system at anytime without having to duck down to the shops ! My favourite Juice includes: *Baby spinach *Green apples ... *Parsley *Ginger *Lemon *Cucumber Veggie soup I like to create includes: *3 carrots *1 medium/large brown onion *1 medium/large leek *1 baby bok choy *2 medium or 1 large sweet potatoes * mushrooms * juice of 1 medium/large lemon * 2 to 3-inch piece peeled fresh ginger *2 to 3 tablespoons coconut oil or olive oil * 1 tablespoon ground turmeric * 1 tablespoon ground black pepper salt, to taste; add before, during, or after simmering Prep veggies and oil in the bag. Freeze and when ready to use grab and place into a pot of water and simmer 120minutes or place into your slow cooker!

18.01.2022 Just because a trainer is qualified doesn't mean they specialise in the specific exercise you wish to be trained in. Yes there are specific studies for everything including body building, Aqua, pregnancy exercise and post natal exercise are just a few. Charlotte is qualified in pre and post natal exercises and jogging after 3 weeks after giving birth is not recommend. Pm me for more information or come and see me at the YMCA gym today from 9-12!

13.01.2022 Lamb Chop Casserole Recipe that’s is one of my favourites. Easy to make and tastes amazing. 1 packet of lamb forequarter chops 2-3 table spoons of honey 2-3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce ... 1 tablespoon of whole grain mustard 2 cans of diced tomatoes Veggies (I use chopped carrots, potatoes and mushrooms) 3 cloves garlic diced 1 brown onion chopped 1 tsp of grated ginger (optional) Place all in slow cooker and cook for 4hrs. Season with salt and pepper and serve with bread rolls or garlic bread.
