25.01.2022 Good news post ! So we've come up with a crazy win/win idea (possibly due to #CabinFever). Which one of you have existing property listings that can do with #VirtualTours ? The answer should be... ALL OF THEM. Unless we've missed the headline, this is about the only option left to continue to list and sell/lease properties.... So what's the idea ? We're doing Virtual Tours for existing properties (ie. Already listed) SALES OR RENTALS for just $120 Minimum order TWO (2) properties booked for the same day. (This simply makes it cost effective, as we've reduced our margin significantly.) If your listing already has a floor plan, this can be added to your Virtual Tour absolutely FREE of charge. T's & C's apply. Due to the current health and time constraints, and the nature of this service itself, PLUS in order to keep the pricing this low, this is an IN/OUT service. This means styling or decluttering (physical or digital) on or off site is NOT included. It is therefore in the landlord / vendor’s best interest to ensure pre-shoot preparation is completed before booking.
