PBS Specialty Coatings Pty Ltd is a successful business providing a range of services in the metal coatings and corrosion industries. We are proud to be unique in that we seek to work with our clients from the design of the product, through to the final delivery, and then on-going maintenance. Hence, we are looking for experienced hands-on leaders with a proven track record of driving workplace performance, someone that’s not afraid to get their hands dirty. A natural leader, the successful applicant will work closely with all team leaders to ensure the business is structured to support expansion and deliver results. Essential Criteria Planning and organizing production schedules and re-negotiating time frames as necessary Assessing jobs and resource requirements Ensure quality assurance standards are being met by detecting and correcting any issues found in quality control Ensure legislation, regulations, standards, occupational health and safety requirements are being met Nurture and develop key staff by coaching and arranging training as required and managing performance Drive a culture of continuous improvement and learning Ensure processes are efficient and are environmentally sustainable Attributes You will need to be a self-starter with a high degree of initiative and confidence Proven ability to work in a fast paced, diverse environment autonomously Have extensive experience managing and coordinating individual staff and teams Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills Demonstrate highly developed organizational and time management skills, have attention to detail and be able to facilitate problem solving to find root causes of any problems or pre-empt issues to prevent them before they happen Be honest, reliable, dependable, dedicated and work well as part of a team Proficient use of computers, demonstrating skills in the use of the Microsoft suite of products If you think you are up for the challenge and enjoy working part of a dynamic team, contact Dale on 0412 418 754.

16.01.2022 A few jobs done last week, applied 2 pac to 2 alloy tippers in a pearl red, in and out in 2 days. Customer in a hurry so will work with them to get them back in front.
