Get better in Olympic Lifting & Gymnastics ... - How will you adjust training during lockdown? I’ll work on my shoulder strength, mobility & stability by utilising the rings, which in turn will still help me towards my Olympic Lifting when we get back to normality. While these are great and correct, however there are so many other factors that represent a positive result.
