25.01.2022 Function release cupping is a brilliant tool to add to any treatment if the client is experiencing more tension then normal. For my client he was noticing hamstring pain during his deadlifts towards the end of his sets. We focused on hip flexors, quads, glutes and lower back for treatment but incorporated cupping through his hamstrings. Allowing them to decrease in tension and feel nice and fluffy after. Structurally he was moving really well so we have changed up his routine eased back into the weights and start low of reps and increase them once he starts moving pain free.

15.01.2022 I truely believe our dreams are what keep us going, pushing for bigger and better things in life!! My biggest dream this year was to become a Pilates Instructor & today I became a student!!! I cannot wait for the next 6months!!
