24.01.2022 Do you struggle to drink water and stay hydrated? A few lil tips for you... set an alarm every 30mins to 1hr to remind you to have a big drink! ... fill a big bottle with water and add delicious things to it ~ like aloe/tea/active fibre! add fruit such as lime, lemon, raspberries or cucumber so it looks and tastes pretty! write post it notes and stick it on everything to remind you! make marks on a big bottle with goals! start your day with a big glass of water! Remember that staying hydrated helps to get rid of pesky water retention, puffiness, brain fog, helps with digestion, helps with elimination, clears skin, keeps your urinary tract healthy and just helps all your bodily functions happen! It is so important! How do you stay hydrated?
