Neil is our invaluable run around guy who has been a huge help to us over the last 3 months. He also does interlock servicing & can answer any queries you may have regarding your vehicle or service.

25.01.2022 To Our Valued Customers. With the recent stage 4 restrictions put into place by the Victorian Government we would like to let you know how we will be trading over the next 6 weeks.. Fortunately we have been deemed an essential service but under strict trading conditions. ... -We are able to continue to service permitted work premises normally. -We are able to supply Road Worthy Certificates and service our monthly Smart Start Alcohol Interlock customers -All other customers we may attend break downs and supply works to vehicles to ensure your safety -Routine services and fitting of non-essential modifications will not be permitted -We have to operate a pick up & drop off service -The customer may arrange for delivery of their vehicle to our workshop also -We have a Covid Safe Plan implemented and our staff are working hard within the hygiene protocols to protect our customers. 17.01.2022 Its been 10 years today since the flood in our old factory next door! I will never forget how devastated Phill & I were when we walked in not knowing where to begin... And then weeks later watching the poor buggars in Qld being rescued off the roofs of their houses and thinking we were actually very lucky... We will always be grateful to our family and friends who dropped everything to come work all weekend to get us back open by Monday.. How young our Allie & Nathan looked... They have done a great job and they loved hearing our voices over the intercom again!! Didnt you boys Its been trying times for everyone but we are now heading in the right direction. Looking forward to catching up with our loyal customers. Its been way too long!!

13.01.2022 Hi all. I hope everyone is keeping well and coping ok with this new lockdown. Just reminding everyone that we are still open for business!! The VACC today sent us a letter to distribute to our customers assuring everyone that they can safely travel to PCB for any of their car issues without worry of being fined by Vic Police.... Please see attached letter. If this still concerns you please dont hesitate to contact our workshop and we will organise pick up and delivery like mentioned in our previous posts. 13.01.2022 We are done!!! Finally after 22 days straight we have officially finished our move!Our old factories are all cleaned up ready for our new neighbours & our new one looks great. We are all loving the new set up. Now for some thank yous... Firstly Phill..He has worked tirelessly day & night. I really dont know how hes kept going. 12.01.2022 We have been moving for the past 10 days & just over half way through the big move. Still a way to go yet but we are on the home stretch. Allie & I should be moved over by end of day tommorrow then the boys by mid week. Then the big clean up of Cyber Loop Thanks so much to our PCB Boys who have given up their saturdays the last 2 weekends, Our kids Allie,Nathan & Nathan Thiele coming in most days after work & all weekends. Mitch & Marty who is helping out everyday. Without this help we would never have got to the end of it. The new factory is looking great & we are all getting excited for our opening day Oct 1st.

We will come pick up your car from home and leave a PCB loan car with you. We will then return your car at the end of the day serviced & washed. 03.01.2022 EXCITING NEWS PCB AUTOMOTIVE IS MOVING! Yes after 11 years we are moving But we love the area so much we are only moving next door! Our new premises will be 46-48 South Link ,Dandenong South directly next door. We take possession in a few weeks then we have the fun task of moving 2 factories into one We will be continuing with our normal services through out our move and fingers crossed with miminal disruptions to our customers. Watch this space!

Smart Start has advised that during the Covid-19 pandemic they have offered customers a bi-monthly service to help with social distancing. This means you can get your interlock serviced every 2 months and pay for 2 months as well. PLEASE ALSO NOTE:...
