17.01.2022 Since replacing subclass 457 visa with the temporary skill shortage visa subclass 482, and introducing other changes, Australian work visa process has become more complex than ever, making it extremely difficult for organisations and individuals going through the process, especially where requirements like Labour Market Testing, Genuine Position, etc need to be met. Bear in mind the new visa changes have taken effect in March this year, which means you are not expected, but i...n fact, required to get it right.
