23.01.2022 Cyl rebuild for City Concrete Pumping, stage 2 cyl off of one of their 36m Putzy’s. Removed, re-sealed, refitted and tested in their yard at Newton in Adelaide.

21.01.2022 This cylinder was fine while pumping but would creep when travelling. Disassembly revealed badly worn piston seal, resealed and then tested on machine.

17.01.2022 Try max tower boom slew gearbox repairs for City Concrete Pumping in Adelaide. Very noisy on slew was the report, upon striping one of the main bearings was cracked thru the inner race. Full strip including brake over haul, new seals fitted to brake pistons, and reassemble.

13.01.2022 So after finding a major oil leak in the new Rexroth A4’s, upon stripping found an incorrectly installed o ring, (which was installed over seas). Re installed then water tested again, video coming soon of water test.

09.01.2022 Spent the week in Warnambool replacing concrete delivery cylinders and a full rebuild including c/o ram rebuild on Monas 36m Schwing. Absolute pleasure working with these people.

01.01.2022 Major repairs done this week to Borrelli concrete Pumping’s 32m Flowcrete, new cylinders fitted, hopper line bored back to size for front s tube bearing, new water tank bottom fitted by Trevor from City Concrete Pumping, new wear plate, wear ring, piston cups , ran and checked, found wear ring not aligned with wear plate on one side, re shimmed and checked, all good.
