25.01.2022 Due to the incredibly slow nature of the internet in my office at present (id suggest due to everyone working from home nearby!) i have moved my office to a new location with much faster NBN by the end of today all the drop box uploads will be caught up and back up to date. 24.01.2022 Is your property inspector or Property Manager looking down at an ipad or phone to use the app constantly or are they eyes up looking where they should.. the property? We can use the app's but mostly we use audio and then add them to your app for one very good reasons... detail. WE NEVER USE PRE DEFINED phrases as a default, we describe the property as we see it, thats the difference between outsourcing to us and a property manager trying to rush through a pcr on or off an... app. The cost of using an outsourcing company is less that what you charge your owner, so let your team focus on incoming producing work, servicing your clients properly and basically... doing what they are paid to do, manage property. We have the PCR covered, its not something a property manager needs to do generally as a rule. naturally there are cases where its best the property manager does, and we love working with your team to help them when its necessary. 22.01.2022 My Rockingham girl moved North!!!! Turns out awesome cause I needed someone North but not so awesome for Rockingham area. Im now looking for someone to work for me to learn doing property reports. I am flexible at the moment, happy to start with a few days a week and work up to full time.... Or you can start full time. The right person must understand that the job is 100% on the road (there is some admin but most of what you do is attending properties) so you must have a small reliable licensed car and not be afraid to use it. You work from home so a good computer that works (NOT MAC its just not compatable with our programs) be computer literate and have amazing fast internet. I can teach you how to do a property report, i cant teach you to use a computer. Well i could but im not going to. Please drop me an email to [email protected] id prefer to communicate through email as I am often unavailable on the phone. Please no facebook applications or messages. You can work school hours but youll have to work during school holidays and student free days. Its a job that requires you to be on the road most of time and you will need to learn some new inspection technology on the market so open to that also. You must have great work ethic as you are working solo most of the time but part of an amazing long term close knit team. First position is Rockingham with a little bit of Mandurah area also. 2. Second position is Eastern/North corridor. Mostly North.... 3. 10.01.2022 Our renewed focus has been on attention to detail and NO blurey pictures. All reports are reviewed by the attending staff BEFORE they are issued to our clients. Overnight reports can be done but we take the extra day to go over the report, and the end result is tenant sign off and no amendments. 09.01.2022 With real estate being considered an essential service, we worked right through not missing a beat... well we missed a few, routines were dropped and we tragically lost a husband of one of our team members. Things have picked back up to normal busy crazy and I now need to re stock the staffing team levels back up to normal. I am chasing a central/coastal part time person a few days a week and an eastern corridor person at least 3 days a week. Both may grow into full time role...s. The area you reside in is vital to the role as travel is a massive part of the job, you are on the road all day every day doing property inspections with full training provided. This doesnt suit people who have other career ambitions or are studying i am seeking someone who wants to grow into the roll and become full time very quickly. You must have a working small reliable car that you own and are licensed to drive. You must have good internet that works at home all the time together with a good working PC (not mac). You need to have a good grasp of the English language and unfortunatley little to no accent as alot of the work is voice recorded and voice to text. Full training provided for the right candiate. You must have a good grasp of the English language and much better grammar and spelling than me :) A sense of humour and a strong work ethic are required, i am not looking for school leavers but someone who has rented before and has an understanding or at least a strong interest in real estate.
