11.01.2022 COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENT Effective immediately, it is compulsory that all members using our GYM MUST use a towel whilst training. You must show your towel when scanning in to train if you do not have a towel you can buy one for $2. NO TOWEL, NO TRAIN NOT NEGOTIABLE!... Thank you for your understanding and patienc

09.01.2022 We will be running outdoor fitness boot camps with our level 3 & 4 credited trainer Kayla. Running Monday and Thursday mornings at 6:30am - 7:15am and 7:30 - 8:15am for 5 weeks. Sessions will be held outside on the grassed area and limited to 9 people. BYO own towel, mat, water bottle and wear closed in shoes.... Prices are $8 a session, $40 for 5 sessions if you book in advance online or $10 a casual session on the day.
