I looked at how alcohol has affected my family I said I dont want to do that. I dont want to be like that. An alcoholic or a smoker. Sylvia desperately wanted to create a life for herself that did not involve substance abuse.... Sylvia found PCYC Queensland through a free fitness program for women, and became keen to encourage others to take part has worked to be a positive role model for young women in the community.
