Yesterday I had the need to utilise your services, in over twenty years involvement with medical facilities as a paramedic, and more recently as a patient, I don’t think I have come across a better facility. 14.01.2022 Dr Way Siow is a consultant gastroenterologist serving the Northern Beaches Hospitals. Way completed his physicians training at Gosford and Royal North Shore Hospitals after graduating from the University of New Wales. Since completing advanced gastroenterology training, Way has been involved in a number of liver and endoscopy related research projects at Westmead Hospital as a clinical research fellow. Way is widely regarded for his compassionate and personal approach with his patients. He is an all rounded gastroenterologist with a particular interest in bowel cancer screening and managing liver diseases including viral hepatitis and fatty liver disease. 10.01.2022 We know you often receive a large amount of information when booking in. Therefore we are happy to answer any queries if you are in doubt about any aspect of your stay with us. Most patients having surgical procedures will be advised not to take any blood thinning agents for 2 weeks prior to the surgery. These include medication such as aspirin, anti-inflammatories (Nurofen) and natural remedies. Check with your doctor to confirm this is the case.
