25.01.2022 At P&E Horsemanship we strive for a very different approach to training/lessons with our clients and their horses. We like to work with the client to teach both horse and rider together as a team to achieve the best results possible. Building the bond between horse and rider is something we strive for in our sessions and getting to know our clients and what they want out of the time spent with us. Both Ellie and Paige love to share their knowledge and passion for training horses. 25.01.2022 Feeling so blessed to teach some beautiful and talented horse and rider combinations! This is beautiful Jade Slattery and her gelding Baxter working on their flexion to counter flexion and getting Baxter’s back leg stepping in and under himself, man it was a big lesson but so good to watch them come together for the small improvements that made a huge difference

24.01.2022 Shyla started her journey with P&E yesterday kicking off her first lesson on our beautiful boy Sebastian, Shyla blew me away with how confident and willing to learn she is, not to mention she has so much natural ability it was absolutely mind blowing! 22.01.2022 Last Sunday we got the pleasure of instructing at wyong pony club. Ellie was instructing ground work and barrels and Paige was instructing flat work and show jumping. Despite the weather conditions we still had a great day and thoroughly enjoyed teaching beautiful, polite and enthusiastic children

18.01.2022 Hannah enjoying her 2nd lesson on our boy Sebby this afternoon. Hannah was struggling to control seb and rise trot even on the lunge. Today she had Seb moving around the arena in the rise trot keeping her tempo and rhythm, all while being able to maintain her seat. Such amazing results so quickly, well done Hannah

10.01.2022 Little help from P&E and our beautiful clients Brenda and jorja started their horse Phoenix under saddle having their first ride yesterday afternoon Together we were able to give Phoenix a beautiful, calm and enjoyable first ride which will hopefully pave the way for a great ridden career for this little guy. what an amazing achievement, team work and completing their homework always helps

09.01.2022 Emma and ruby yesterday afternoon finally it’s all coming together after I’ve spent the past 6 weeks riding Ruby once a week to get her to slow her tempo down, stop rushing through the my leg aids and begin to accept contact from the legs and hands and ultimately begin to work to work correctly using her hind end. She has finally started to settle in her work and Emma was able to jump on at the end of the lesson and feel the difference in her mare, such an amazing feeling for me as a coach and trainer

09.01.2022 Nice size smegma Bean Ellie Extracted from our dear friend Brendas horse Rivers. What a relief to have this rock removed he said!!! Smegma Beans are not only uncomfortable for your geldings they can cause issues with urination, this includes trouble urinating, pain whilst urinating and blocks a nice constant stream, which can lead to infections. ... So be sure to check for beans people!

07.01.2022 Today we spent some time with Jodie and her mare who was struggling with float loading after not travelling on a float in 3 years. We spent an hour with owner and her mare, and within that time, had her calmly self loading and unloading with confidence, we love making a difference and helping people with a solution to their problems

02.01.2022 The poop snoop! We recently had our horses faecal egg counts done by the lovely Janine and honestly best thing we have done! So good to know the egg count and amount of sand in your horses stomach which can be very harmful! Janine is amazing, great service and very speedy results. It costs the same as a wormer and can help you avoid having to worm for no reason, if you do need to worm due to high egg count she can tell you exactly what you need. We can’t recommend this service enough
