03.01.2022 Forgiveness doesn’t mean what someone did or didn’t do was okay. It just means that you let go & stop all that negativity continuing to come from within you (which does immense damage over time). Holding onto hurt, hurts us more than anyone else. Hurt people, hurt people. Allow yourself to feel those uncomfortable & hard emotions, be kind to yourself, learn something from it (even if that is the person is toxic & you need to get them out of your life), forgive them, forgive yourself, have a great life.
