Lying Abduction/Clams... - Position Peach Poppers band just above the knees - Lie on your left side, bent elbow directly under left shoulder, opposite hand stabilises - Hips, knees and ankles stacked - Knees forward and bent at 45 degree angle, heels in-line with glutes - Contract core and glutes - Keep feet together, lift top knee up - Lower knee back to starting position and repeat - Complete 15 reps on one side then switch to the other side Slow it down and make sure you can feel the muscle activating and contracting.
