23.01.2022 What I have learnt this week, is rest is very important. Sickness is really your body telling you to SLOW down. I wasn't very good at listening to that message... I am still unwell and will be cancelling yoga tonight and tomorrow to truly rest. #noyogainthepark #bedtime
