I WOULD LIKE TO VIEW THE ITEM/S PRIOR TO PURCHASING We keep all our items offsite and as we don’t have a shop we understand that some times this can be difficult We do try to attend markets once a month so you can view our items Please contact us directly should you like to view our items CAN YOU HOLD ITEMS As we are an online store we don’t hold items as it would not be fair on those people ordering online Due to the number of no shows we no longer items for anyone If you purchase from our website and ask us to hold we are also unable to do this HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? For orders under $150 shipping is $15.00 flat rate* Orders over $150.00 we offer free shipping* If you live outside the metro area in your State there maybe an extra charge for shipping if it is deemed regional, this will be sent in a separate invoice WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER? Turn around time is 1 - 4 days from the day your order - we will advise of tracking numbers Couriers time frame can vary per courier and location and it is generally 5 - 10 working days - if you need an item shipped earlier please contact us HOW MUCH IS IT OR WHAT SIZE IS IT? All information regarding cost and sizing as well as how it could look in your home is found on our website - www.peacockoutdoorliving.com.au WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED? We do everything we can to ensure your item wo arrive safely, from time to time sadly this is not the case On the back of your receipt will be the steps of what to do when your item arrives damaged, you will also find this on our website in our T&C’s. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM? Yes we do accept returns depending on the reason - please see our T&C’s for this If you pick up your item it must be returned within 7 days from pick up If your item has been shipped to you you have 48 hours from when your item arrives to contact us and must be shipped back within 10 days It MUST be all in original packaging with tags etc....
