25.01.2022 TESTIMONIAL My wife and I sought Peak’s services in relation to a defective floating floorboard installation. We had concerns over the quality of the work but had no idea how to measure and describe the problems in a technical sense. Peter from Peak inspected the area in detail, quantifying the defects against industry and manufacturer’s standards, identifying the flaws in installation and alerting us to issues that we had not even been aware of. He prepared a report that det...ailed the problems and possible solutions, including costs, which we were able to use in a claim against the installer. Peter’s honesty and insights made what would have been an otherwise time-consuming and uncertain process a productive one in which we gained an understanding of what constituted reasonable standards of workmanship and the prospects for the success of our claim. Ultimately the matter did proceed to a hearing and we engaged Peter as an independent expert witness.
