23.01.2022 When we exercise, the levels of thousands of substances in our bloodstream rise and drop, according to an eye-opening new study of the immediate, interior impacts of working out. "The findings emphasize the wide-ranging, pervasive, immediate and individualized effects of exercise." 19.01.2022 We all need time to heal.... Post birth, Women may put so much pressure on themselves to do it all! Look after a new baby, cook, maintain the house and whatever else they need to fit into their day; only days after giving birth. Whether you have given birth naturally, required intervention or had a cesarean section. It all takes time to heal.... Time for muscles to repair, nerves to recover and any other tissue damaged in the process. Sometimes this recovery is a matter of ...months, not weeks... We wouldn't expect someone with any other muscle tear or who has had recent surgery to do it all days after the event. Be kind to yourself, accept help from others and listen to your body. Looking after yourself and your little one, is all that matters. Everything else can wait...

07.01.2022 One of my fantastic patients Has been in the FightBack from Cancer. He recently even ran a leg of a triathlon and is now Fundraising. If you can please donate t...o this important cause in a Cancer not as well understood or publicized as some. Read his story below: 3 months of Chemo 5 weeks of radiation The past few months haven’t been easy but I’m about to undertake my toughest challenge so far...attempting to grow facial hair. Throughout December myself and a few mates will be participating in Decembeard to raise awareness and money for Bowel Cancer Australia, a cause that is very close to my heart (and butthole). Bowel Cancer on average will affect 1 in 13 people in their life and is one of the most treatable cancers if detected early. BCA provide free screening tests to people over 50 but obviously this horrible disease can affect anyone at any age so be aware of any changes in your body and get checked if you have concerns! https://decembeard2020.gofundraise.com.au//Michael-1467513
