08.02.2022 Chin Ups - By far, the most undervalued Back Exercise there is!!!! . I’m a MASSIVE believer, that EVERY Strong individual (Man or Woman) should be able or have a FIRM goal at mastering (with excellent form) Chin Ups. . Then as with any other Strength exercise, progress and challenge through ‘Increased Reps and/or Increased Load’.... . After all, what’s the point in ‘throwing the Lat Pull down around’, if you can’t lift your own body weight (so important for posture too ) . What is your Chin Up Goal This Year? See more
