25.01.2022 Time for a ‘run based’ WOD; but not before we knock out a static load tabata, an ‘alternative’ bit of fun before the crew crank it up for #InandOut. No pix of the crew tonight as they were way too fast for camera footage, but here’s the WOD board with the final results. Thanks to Katherine Klara Matt and Gus leaving sweat all over Candwindara Court BOOM YOU GUYS ROCK

23.01.2022 WOW , a FB memory post popped up today from 2013 ... 7yrs ago I converted my workshop into a ‘home gym’ which lead to the birth of Peak15PT shortly after .... check these before/after photos (back then I was using house bricks as weights, ‘HARD CORE’). Many PTs have come and gone since then, but I’m still at it and even now through COVID19 I have a ‘train at home program’ which you can benefit from - PM and we can talk about KOKO (Keep On Keeping On)

17.01.2022 should you stop training when it’s hot ? That’s your call, in tonight’s case training went ahead and train bloody hard they did in tough conditions. Irresponsible? Nah, because with tonight’s crew they were fully experienced, long termers who had been through worst than this, had it have been new comers it would have been scaled back a bit. We have to experience every situation we can to have a remarkable life, and something as basic (but tough) as training in heat is one of those situations. #gottalovelife #peak15pt Gus Strangis Klara

16.01.2022 It’s a great feeling to get back into training again, nothing too flash, just a gradual introduction, ease in, know your limits then start to stretch them, start to challenge them and before you know it you are back on the path to become the true authentic you. Peace to you all. #Enjoythereturn.

14.01.2022 COVID19 hasn't stopped PEAK15ers continuing with their training. Here are some snippets of our 'virtual/on-line' training life this week.... (post 3 of 3)

12.01.2022 Peak15PT focuses on ‘functional training’, but what does that mean? Well in my mind it means ‘future proofing yourself’ , making sure you can ‘bounce’ when the time comes. Making sure you have the MIND, BODY and BELIEF that you are ready to take on ANYTHING. It’s time for you to prove it and at Peak15 we’ll help you get there.

11.01.2022 It’s ‘Partner WOD Week’ and it’s also way too nice to train indoors tonight. So, AMRAP Partner Bootcamp to kick start the week. 3rnds of an 8 station program, 60s on each station (30s each partner) and try to beat your previous round reps. Great results on the board, most do increase each round - BOOM - getting the most out of their bodies. Sweeeeeeet as . Katherine and Gus as team 1 Klara and Matt as team 2

10.01.2022 Battle lines drawn ... literally ... tonight Peak15ers you WILL DOMINATE your 4sqm box ... hell yeah BOOM

07.01.2022 It’s LIFTING WEEK - and there’s nothing better than going ‘all in’ with the STONKINGLY awesome #GUSTROYER, designed to build machines from pure grit ...BOOM . Thanks Gus Klara and Matt for ignoring the bad weather and heading to #Peak15PT to supercharger you’re week ahead.

03.01.2022 #WODTois , yeah 3 WODs in one hit, the night after #Gustroyer ! This is ‘Lift Week’ after all so no slowing down, tonight we knocked out a #FRAN then #DT with a core Tabata wedged in between. With Gus Klara Matt and Katherine who incidentally run 5k to get here, nice one I forgot to take photos again, boo
