18.01.2022 We took on this two story at the start of this week. Here is a few progression shots. As you see by the photos two stories don't take longer for the frames. 14.01.2022 We got to use the time-lapse camera again on this house we finished today in Mt Barker, it shows over the 3 days the process we make up the frames from scratch to stand the trusses and filling in the ceiling and roof, to finishing off with the purlins ready for the iron roof sheets

08.01.2022 We finished this 380sqm house complete with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 retreats, home theatre, study and even a bar down at Victor Harbour in 5 days

08.01.2022 We finished this house on Friday. It was a good project with trenched frames and timber fascia. We are definitely enjoying the winter weather at the moment when it produces days like this one was.

We have had a productive year with 25 single story dwellings, 4 double story homes, 14 3 story units and a 1750sqm 4 story appartment block comprising of 14 units. Also a sports complex at Angle Vale, 2 weeks at a 3 story retirement home, adelaide zoo building animal enclosures, offices in a warehouse, insurance roof and frames on Kensington RD Rose Park. Look forward to doing it all again next year have a merry Christmas and a happy new year.

07.01.2022 We have been working through the weather on this but it really starting to take shape. Once finished this split level two story house will have the raked ceiling overlooking Adelaide city, drop ceiling over the kitchen and exposed rafters and timber fascia to the front with 3.6m ceiling to the front study.
