06.01.2022 Retrospective Pool Approval Mat came to me after council noticed he had a pool under construction without approval during a routine inspection at a neighbouring property Council issued him with a date in which he required it all to be certified other wise he would be fined and penalised ... After a quick inspection and some photos I was able to provide him with a Engineers letter of retrospective certification following some minor remedial work to the roof fixing The pool and sunken bar was able to meet council requirements and was all approved by the due date If you have any queries or think you may need council approval for something you have started or finished busing please send me a message
