21.01.2022 Peak Physique Hot Yoga studios embrace the new Mindbody Marketing Suite. Jeff Bezos the inspirational founder of Amazon said, We see our customers as invited guests to a party, and we are the hosts. It’s our job to make the customer experience a little bit better. At Peak Group Global and Peak Physique Hot Yoga we value our Customers, and we are constantly evolving our service to make them feel valued.... Instead of focusing on the Competition we have decided to focus on the Customer and one way to do that is to stay in touch and offer value. But this is not through long winded emails or Mail Chimp delivered newsletters that are written to everyone. We wanted to add that personal touch, that action that says to the Customer ‘we value you’. So how did we do this? We were already partnered with Mindbody and we were already using their business management software that has been so popular with yoga studios, gyms, spas and salons worldwide. Our Customers will be familiar with the Peak Physique Hot Yoga App which is run through Mindbody. But when we learnt about their new full suite of marketing tools, we decided to fully incorporate it as part of our service. The full suite of marketing tools in the Mindbody software is designed to reach out to you the Customer as an individual. Through your mobile device, we can send you SMS messages to remind you of your booking or offer you last-minute vacancies in your favourite class. We can help you celebrate your birthday or the anniversary of your first class. We can send you offers on membership packages and keep you up to date with our rewards programme. We can let you know if there are any last-minute changes or closures, which is an essential service in the ‘new normal’ of Covid restrictions and we can listen to your Feedback and Reviews. The new Mindbody software does so much more than this, but what it does is focus on you as the Customer. Our studios will be rolling this service out in the next few days and you have control about what messages you want to receive. Jeff Bezos also said. Life’s too short to hang out with people who aren’t resourceful - at Peak Physique Hot Yoga we are certainly resourceful when it comes to Customer service.
