12.01.2022 Who said eating clean and healthy had to be hard? This is my post workout (mid morning) snack. I eat every 2.5-3 hours if possible. This makes sure that when I get to my slightly bigger meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) I don't overeat. Eating small balanced meals every 3 hours helps with boosting your body's fat burning abilities and not to mention preventing falling into that 'starvation mode'.... It's also a great way to effortlessly speed up your metabolism Here is a rough guide to follow. Remember everyone is different when it comes to the amount of calories they need to consume. I advise you get some further advice. Eat breakfast within 1 hour of waking up Eat every 3 hours after that Stop eating 3 hours before bed Meals should average around 300-400calories, Snacks 100-150 calories and dessert around 50-80 calories this for a average total of 1580 calorie intake per day. 11.01.2022 I know the difference between wanting something but not willing to do the work and wanting it and working my ass off to make sure I got what I was after. I see this happen everyday. Have you ever said you wanted to start exercising but come up with ever excuse not to do that workout? Why you can't meal prep or control what you eat? TRUTH. You really don't want it bad enough.
