22.01.2022 Hannels Spur is the single largest climb in Australia, starting at 450 metres and onto the summit of Mt Kosciusko, 2228 metres - just under 1800 metres of climbing. Some photos from a recent trek 2 day trip.

13.01.2022 A beautiful day on the summit of Mt Kosciuszko with a great fundraising team from the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

09.01.2022 A lovely tarn between the two Abbot Peaks in Kosciusko National Park on one of my three recent Ten Peaks treks.

05.01.2022 A great 4 day Blue Lake mountaineering skills camp in late July. Foul weather for 2 days and then 2 glorious days of sunshine. Great preparation for our Sita Chuchura expedition to Nepal...whenever we are allowed to travel overseas again!

05.01.2022 The Australian Himalayan Foundation Ten Peaks trek in early December was one of the most challenging I've ever done with winter conditions experienced over the four days. Temperatures below zero and up to 10 cm of snow on the last day when we climbed six of the Ten Peaks. Despite the weather, a great camaraderie and spirit among the team got everybody through. Thanks to the AHF and K7 Adventures.

03.01.2022 Some images from our first Ten Peaks trek for the season in late November. A great effort by all Fundraising for the Australian Himalayan Foundation. We had great weather for 3 of the four days. Day 3 on the Ramshead range greeted us with gusts of wind up to 90kph plus rain.
